Contact the centre

One desk answers everything: questions about a roadmap, a template that will not print, an event registration, a request for materials in an alternate format, a correction, or a partnership enquiry. A person reads every message and we aim to reply within two business days.

Getting here

  • By transit. Rideau station is a four-minute walk. Several bus routes stop on Rideau Street directly outside the building.
  • On foot. Five minutes east of the ByWard Market, on the north side of Rideau Street.
  • By car. Paid underground parking is available in the adjacent block; there is no visitor parking at the building itself.
  • Access. Step-free entrance from the street, lift to the fourth floor, and an accessible washroom on the same floor as our rooms.

What we cannot help with. We do not provide individual career counselling, résumé review, job placement, or legal, financial or immigration advice. If your question needs one of those, tell us anyway — we will point you to a provincial employment service, a settlement agency, a community legal clinic or an accredited practitioner near you.

Contact form

We reply from info@wiltimply.info. Check your junk folder if nothing arrives within two business days.

A few sentences about your situation helps more than a single line. If you are asking which path to follow, tell us where you are working and what decision is in front of you.

For example: large print, plain text, a captioned session, or ASL or LSQ interpretation.

Location

The reading room is on the fourth floor. Ring the intercom for Suite 410 if the street door is closed outside business hours.
